At the market I have only had on hand Italian, French Baguettes,
Croissants, Bagels, Regular Cake and Chocolate Donuts, and any special
orders that are E-mailed or phoned in. I make any breads size or shape
that is asked of me. I have been baking for 40 years and after those
years I still love baking.
I would appreciate as much input on types of bread that you would like
